Fees and Billings
We are predominately a bulk billing surgery. Please present your medicare card before each consultation. If you do not have a Medicare card, you will be required to pay a fee. Payment is required, in full, at time of consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or through Hotdoc.
Other services that may require payments such as Workers Compensation, CTP claims, Health assessments and some procedures. Fees are outlined below. It is also displayed at reception. If you have any difficulties paying our fees, please discuss it with us.

Practice Fees
As of 3rd July 2023, this surgery will be changing to a mixed billing practice. A fee for consultations on Saturdays will be applied.
Full payment of fees are to be made on the day of consultation. We us Tyro Eftpos machine and Stripe through HotDoc.
You will receive a receipt which you can claim the rebate from Medicare.
Patients who have concession (HCC or Pension cards) and Patients who are 16 years and under will be Bulked Billed

WALK-INS
(Patients without appointments)
As we are an appointment based surgery, we will try to offer walk-in patients a same day appointment, if the doctors can accommodate (private billing applies) Starting on Monday 26th February 2024. A gap fee will be applied for all Patients.
