Nisrin has over 12 years knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents and families and adults. As a clinical psychologist, Nisrin's skills and knowledge lie in the assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment of mental health conditions. She has a special interest in childhood disorders including childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD and developmental programs. Nisrin has worked in schools, community and mental health services as well as private pscyhology practices. she has worked with children, adolescents, families, therapetic groups and adults in these based and adapted to suite the individual needs of the client. The theorectical background of her work is based and adapted to suit the individual needs of the client. The theoretical background of the her work is embedded in attachment theory and neuroscience models of child and adult development. Nisrin has many years of experience working with people from CALD backgrounds. Nisrin continues to stay up to date with the latest research and knowledge in psycholoy by attending regular professional development trainings, workshops and supervision. Nisrin is also an accredited supervisor and supervises university students completing their studies in postgraduate psychology
